ServiceNow DCM Engineer – Senior
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow DCM Engineer to join our team and lead the design and implementation of Data/Controls Management (DCM) solutions within the ServiceNow platform. In this role, you will work closely with risk, audit, and engineering stakeholders to build scalable control frameworks, workflows, and reporting dashboards that support enterprise governance and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and configure control taxonomies, mappings, and relational structures within ServiceNow DCM.
- Lead integrations between DCM and other ServiceNow modules such as IRM, ITSM, CMDB, as well as external risk and compliance systems.
- Develop advanced workflows for control assessments, attestations, issue management, and remediation plans.
- Build reporting dashboards to track control effectiveness, issue status, and remediation progress.
- Collaborate with internal audit, risk, and operations teams to align DCM implementations with enterprise governance frameworks.
- Guide and mentor junior engineers to ensure best practices in configuration, scripting, and solution design.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of IT experience with at least 3+ years in ServiceNow development.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC/IRM/DCM or similar modules.
- Deep understanding of controls, risks, issues, remediation, and governance processes.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow platform capabilities (scripts, flows, integrations).
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience implementing DCM/GRC solutions for large banks or financial institutions.
- ServiceNow certifications related to GRC/IRM/DCM.
- Knowledge of internal controls frameworks and enterprise governance models.
