1. Discovery

Once businesses express the interest in the application development, our experienced consultants will visit reach to you to understand the deeper needs of the business. We conceptualize the idea and provide insights on the idea.

2. Analyze, Ideate and Scope

This stage involves a process of deep understanding of your business needs, existing systems and reports in place, present gaps in the system & a conceptual understanding of the solution that the organization wants. During this phase, there would be a heavy interaction between our experienced consultants & your business vertical leads along with your management. We also set expectations clear during this phase, to outline the upcoming project deliverables and layout the entire scope along with strict timelines of the Project. This is the sign-off stage of the project on the requirements and kick-off stage for the engineering team to build the application.

3. Development & Feedbacks

Here is where the conceptual business needs to convert into a technology solution. The process is iterative, with regular prototypes, reviews, and feedbacks in close coordination with your project teams. This helps us realize a product/solution that not only is in-line with your business requirements but also guarantees higher adoption by your end-users.

4. Deploy

This is the Go-Live phase of the Project which involves releasing the Application to the End-user. This is a very important stage of the project, which gives us real-time feedback on how the product is faring amongst the targeted audience. This phase works closely with the “User Training & Change Management” phase as there are regular adjustments that will be made as per the feedbacks received. We also work with your project teams to stabilize your landscape by effectively integrating the new solution(s) within your existing systems.

5. Review, User Training & Change Management

There is no real business viability in a product if there is no end-user adoption of the same. We as consultants understand the importance of this. Which is why we extensively work with your teams/end-users to understand what it takes to make the application more usable. We keep checking in on you to understand if you are facing any challenges and how best to address them. This could involve tapping into the public feedbacks (Google Play Store or AppStore) or interviews with your internal teams. We work with our customers to help grow internal employee adoption by offering End-user training.
